Why attend? Here's what others are saying...
A great conference! Fantastic women and leaders who came together to motivate, foster growth and support each other. Speakers and content were effective and useful.
The Kinetic initiative was a breath of fresh air. The women who spoke and attended were inspirational and proof we can do anything we want to.
Great initiative! So powerful to have so many women coming together to create change and share this knowledge.
I have attended "women's" professional conferences in the past and have not always come away with feeling the value for the time spent. Kinetic's conference brought the most talented women together from interesting, diverse backgrounds who organically became a cohesive group by the end of the conference! Transformational!

Our Workshop From 2018: Conflict Management Strategies Across Gender And Generations
How you currently deal with conflict is directly tied to your gender, the decade you were born into, as well as your own personality and history. So, it goes without saying that while navigating conflicts is often tricky, resolving them begins with the different ways in which we approach conflict and the world at large. Without understanding those differences, we can misinterpret each other’s actions and find ourselves in conflicts which escalate or fester unresolved.
In this workshop, we navigate the top 15 challenges and problems we commonly face in the workplace today. We define them, discuss them and begin the process of developing a personal plan to handle each if it suddenly appears.
Throughout this interactive workshop, we also dive into the differences that our age, gender and personalities play in how we address conflict in an effort to further the tools for greater leadership maturity and success.
